We manufacture a robust, low cost (less than £5,000) “stripped down” vacuum chemiluminescence detector that incorporates all the well established
aspects of this technology with which users are familiar:
Peltier cooled, tried and tested, PMT detector
Heated vacuum reaction chamber for superb sensitivity and condensation prevention
Corona discharge ozone generator with good moisture tolerance
The vacuum chemiluminescence method, where NO is mixed with O3 to produce light, has long been recognized as the best practical analytical solution for NOx detection in a wide variety of applications. PPT detection limits are readily achieved for ambient air monitoring.
Our NOx box is compact and very robust and provides a simple isolated analogue output with an ozone generation interlock in the event of flow failure.
